Practitioners

Our highly experienced and motivated team work hard together to ensure that your child fulfils their early years.

To make the team at Waters Edge we employ a commited workforce, 6 of whom are graduates in childcare and education.

All of our practitioners are First Aid trained and have undergone training in Safeguarding through the Calderdale Safeguarding Board.

Our aim is to work with our practitioners to ensure they continue to thrive and continuously upskill their knowledge and understanding of childcare, child development and well-being.

Our practitioners have a variety of training offered to them both out sourced and in house.

We work with all of our team to ensure they are happy and fulfilled in their work.

Team events are important to us at Waters Edge and help our practitioners bond and engage with one another creating a happy environment.
